Balanced diet helps: Whatever you eat, shows up on your skin. So if you want to have glowing skin, you need to have a diet rich in antioxidants foods, the more natural, and organic the better. Lots of fruits and vegetables are helpful. Plus adequate hydration and fish oils help. Lightening agents that are bleaching require that you have to stay out of the sun, and wear spf 30 minimum at all times. Having glowing versus whitened skin are two different things.
