Sounds like no: It sounds like you're not pregnant and a hormonal imbalance may be cause of delay. If you were pregnant, a pregnancy test would be positive by now. You can wait another 7 days and re-take test, but likely neg. The withdrawal method has about a 30% chance of pregnancy, about the same as using a condom. If you really don't want to be pregnant, though, another birth control method is better.
