Other conditions: The location of your chest pain may be related to gallbladder or upper gastrointestinal problems. Pain can radiate to the chest from other locations in the body. Other possibilities include muscular strain/aches, tendonitis, shoulder joint inflammation and a host of other conditions. If you experience shortness of breath or any continued chest pain, please see your doctor.
