Sacral (butt) area, along with pain, and aching in the pelvic area isn't normal, and needs to be examined fully by your ob/gyn, who will know what to do, and what necessary steps to take. It could be due to a number of things involving the female organs, the GI system, the colon, and a pelvic exam will be helpful too, along with ur medical, family, trauma, social, ; sexual history.
