Shouldnt: While it should not normally affect it, i could not say for sure without knowing how much saw palmetto is in it and if there are any other herbs. With your age, if you have noticed changes in your Cialis effectiveness and ed, and after taking saw palmetto, you may want to think of non-organic causes of ed, such as psychosocial issues contributing. Discuss with your prescribing physician.
