Things can be done: Aches, stiffness and joint pains are commonly experienced by menopausal women. These aches and pains commonly occur in the hands, knees, hips, lower back and shoulders. Often medication and exercise and diet help to decrease these symptoms. Gyn can recommend some supplements that will help to decrease some of these symptoms, --pain, sleep problems etc.
