Oh YES!: Just wait a couple of days and try again. Urine pregnancy tests are much more sensitive than they used to be, but if you are trying this early, you need to use a first morning specimen. You can also have your doctor do a blood test...These are the most sensitive and can tell you how many days you've been pregnant. Breast tenderness was the first sign for me in all 3 pregnancies.
