Any new, changed, or apparently abnormal vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. There are too many causes to know what's most likely for your, but if this is new or different, definitely see a doctor. At your age and if you have been sexually active, STDs are high on the list of possibilities. And if you're not having normal menstruation, that also needs medical attention. Good luck.
