Normal: Jelly like discharge is just mucous from the cervix mixed with a little bit of blood. In and of itself, it's perfectly normal. If it's not time for your period, this could be breakthrough bleeding. If it continues or concerns you, you can always see a gynecologist for an exam to make sure vagina/cervix look normal, but jelly like discharge is normal mucous.
