A member asked:

If you are dating someone and you keep saying no to sex and they stick it in anyways and you push them off immediately is that considered rape?

Yes: Any unwanted contact with your genitals can factually be considered molestation and or rape. However this gets into a confusing area when you persist in a relationship where this occurs. Unwanted intercourse is best deterred by avoiding the situation/person where this could be the outcome.

You said NO, he did: In my opinion it is yes. By definition rape is 1. The unlawful compelling of a person through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse. 2. Any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person. 3. To force to have sexual intercourse.
