Maybe: Breakthrough bleeding is extremely common on extended dosing birth control pills like seasonique. I'm not sure if you're adding loestrin or switching to loestrin, but either way the change may help. There's no way to know for sure, and sometimes it takes several attempts to find the right pill for someone. But if breakthrough bleeding does not stop, i would get an ultrasound.
