Abdominal discomfort: A missed period would be concerning for pregnancy. Stomach pain early in the pregnancy is a rare concern unless a complication develops. If you're concerned about pregnancy, do a pregnancy test. Otherwise, see your doc for him to advise you on the abdominal pain.
