A member asked:

Looking into soy isoflavones as i have irregular cycles (50 day ave.) wondering about gen. results and effects. does it cause twins/work like chlomid?

No: Soy doesn't cause you to ovulate. It's a weak estrogenic supplement and may have an effect on cycles if they are only mildly irregular. No increase in twins no improvement in ovulation.

No: It is generally not berry effective ant not comparable at all to clomid (clomiphene). If it were there would not be much of a need for clomid (clomiphene)!
