Yes: A woman can become pregnant as soon as about 10 days after giving birth. If you've had negative pregnancy tests, then it sounds like you're not pregnant and the period is late due to hormone changes. If you aren't ready to have another baby right away, you may want to consider 1 or 2 reliable forms of birth control as postpartum periods can be unreliable. Good luck!
