Routine: Many reasons for not sleeping. Many reasons for not sleeping. Look at your daily schedule. Are there lots of changes or worries? Maybe a change is needed? Do you have a set schedule for bedtime? This can be very important. Make sure you start to unwind before you get in bed. If none of this helps you can try a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25mg at about 30 minutes before going to bed. If no success, see doc.
