Uncertain: Many women cramp after embryo transfers. If you are not bleeding then it is less of a concern. I would call your ivf physician and discuss it with them. Good luck and hopefully there will be good news in a few days.

Possible: There could be different reasons for which you are experiencing severe cramping after an embryo transfer such as luck of sufficient progesterone, failed cycle or pregnancy. I would highly recommend to discuss it with your fertility specialist. I wish you the best of luck with the cycle.
