I am 24 years old my menstrual cycle is irregular? what should i do?

You have options.: Irregular menstrual cycles are best regulated by hormones (estrogen + progesterone). You have options in the method in which these hormones are delivered. You can choose oral contraceptive pills or vaginal ring (nuvaring). There are many different pill formulas. You should talk with your gyn to see which method will be best for you. Lastly, it may take trial and error to find what is best for you.
