Birth control: Depending on when the gyn surgeon told you that you are able to start having sex again post c-section, will give you the answer. You should start on oral birth control pills rx'd by your gyn, but use condoms as well until your periods regulate and you have been on birth control for at least 1 month. Best wishes.

BC: It truly depends on what is more comfortable to you. The question is if you rather take a pill daily or x3 months or implants 3-5-10 yrs. You are quite young, so I am not sure if you are considering a permanent method at this point. Consult with your physician.
