Not enough info: Could be normal, ask your dermatologist. Stop using the cream if it bothers you.

Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tablets: If the redness is not resolving, you may use over the counter mild steroid cream or just take 50mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night for few nights. Do not use the cream more than two or three days and just once. If the issue does not resolve after two or three days, see your dermatologist.
