See your doctor: Pmdd is more severe than pms, and needs professional help. Please see your own doctor (or a psychiatrist) about this. Bring your notes and calendar to show the correlation of your symptoms with menstrual cycle timing. That will help in diagnosis. Sometimes antidepressants can help.
