If losing very: Large amounts of weight (especially if morbidly obese, losing rapidly or you are older) - sagging of skin can occur.

Skin grew: Skin grew larger to encase the larger body. Fat lost, body smaller, skin still stretched out. Now skin too big. Especially as you get older, the skin remains too big. Can be surgically reduced, removing extra folds.
