Disgust: The response of disgust often resembles similar feelings about one's own self, projected towards others. It's a way people can feel themselves to be "better than" others, and discharges insecurities. I won't put a value judgment on your feeling this way, but it will certainly interfere with your relationships. Disabled people may live more fulfilling lives than you do.
