Quickly: You can feel symptoms within a week of becoming pregnant, though this is not always the case. Common symptoms include nausea, bloating, breast tenderness, missing your period. You should see your physician if you are unsure.

Depends: Depends on the type of symptoms that you are describing but sometimes, nausea of pregnancy can begin a few days before a period is missed.

Depends on the perso: And the pregnancy, u can do a home test a few days before the period and it will be + if it is neg then can repeat at the 1st day of the missed period and should be + if u are pg, don't rely on non specific symptoms.

Some small changes: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings . . . Could be pregnant. Symptoms can occur before missing a period. She can do a urine pregnancy test 1 week after missing her period, to see if she will have a baby.
