could it be healthy for a man to fake an orgasm?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Thomas Namey

Only if -: Men ejaculate semen with an orgasm, unless they have retrograde ejeculation, which is not common. Therefore "faking" it more a male is more difficult. Faking an orgasm is usually done to please ones partner!
