Would be strange: It would be strange to get allergy to all hand soap. It usually starts when you have a skin lesion or skin rashes. Soap can irritate your already inflamed skin and make it worse and hard to heal. Skin lesions need to be seen and examined. See a local allergist or dermatologist for this problem.
