Can you tell me what you suggest if you are unable to obtain a blood pressure, can you still administer nitroglycerin?

Inadequate info: There isn't enough information available to answer this question. If there is not blood pressure, though, then there is no pulse, and it's not likely that Nitroglycerin will have any positive effect. Instead, if there is no bp/no pulse, you should do cpr.
