What to do if i may have torn my acl but i'm not sure?

Get examination : If u think u may have torn your acl see a board certified orthopedic surgeon who will take a history and perform a physical exam. Most acl tears can be diagnosed in this manner; if needed an MRI can be performed to confirm dx.And rule out other injuries( i.e. Cartilage)... Your surgeon can then discuss treatment options.
