Treat eczema: Some eczema can be treated with cream , oily soap , some respond to topical steriods like Hydrocortisone cream or stronger steriods like diprolene. Others will need tacrolimus, , Elidel (pimecrolimus) , Protopic or even oral meds like cyclosporine.
