Here is...: It's to inspect with naked eyes for its volume, stickiness, and color, and to see sperm's shape, maturity, motility, white blood cell, and count under microscopy so to decide its quality if being favorable for fertilizing the egg. The semen specimen is collected through masturbation or orgasm of natural intercourse.
