Many possibilities: You need a medical evaluation. Any number of things can do this, but all of them will need a complete medical history, physical examination and, more likely, a gastrointestinal system workup. Damage to the esophagus, stomach or upper small intestine can do this, and nausea/vomiting can be a symptom of many other problems as well. Ultrasound, scans, endoscopy or xrays may be needed.
