What to do if i always hear people saying that after a long time of wearing glasses, they end up being more blind. is it the same for contacts?

Not true: Their int of reference has changed. They never saw better, so they now know what they are missing when the glasses are not being used. Glasses or contacts only help you see better, they do not make the eyes worse.
