Don't know: Who is misleading you , small cell carcinoma of cervix (sccc) belong to neuroendocrine cancers , like others in lung etc, looks distinctly different which are aggressive tumors fortunately rare ( 3% ) they are not usual spumous cell type that is attributed to hpv virus infection.
