Is there a noticeable difference of the pain you have between having kidney stones vs some other type of kidney infection or problem?

As: Kidney stones attempt to pass through a narrow pass way, is quite painful. The infection will give you pain and usually presents with bad blood infection.(not to be confused with bladder infection).
