Unusual: It is unusual to start having symptoms so early. It may be anxiety that you are experiencing. As I am sure you are aware having unprotected sex is "rolling the dice". Since you are concerned about telling anyone that gives me a clue about anxiety. Since there is nothing to do at this point wait about 10 days and get a pregnancy test.
