Eat less/exercise mo: Flab equals excess of fat on your belly. Unfortunately excess of energy intake(food/calories) gets stored in our belly. It is slow cumulative process which requires a rebalancing of energy to lose it. It is possible but it will take discipline and good self control. If you are serious, start eating less from tomorrow on. Just cutting some food/sugar out from each meal, will make a positive impact.
