Herpangina: You have either herpangina or acute leukemia. It's probably not the latter but a low neutrophil count that occurs in certain immune system cancers like leukemia can present with the kinds of symptoms that you are describing. Don't panic. Things often sound worse in their description than they are on inspection. You do need to see your physician for a complete history & physical examination.
