Is it possible i brooke a bone in my foot without knowing it?

Possible: I have seen patients walk in with mild to moderate pain and upon examination and x-rays find a broken bone. A crack in a bone may not be displaced but cause enough discomfort and minimal swelling that may linger for some time. If the pain has been lingering or getting worse, it is a good idea to get it checked out.

Yes: Most stress fracture do not hurt right away if the bones do not move.Have an x-ray taken.
