See your doctor: First you need to be seen, evaluated and properly treated. This may involve antibiotics, incision and drainage, or possible surgical excision. Proper treatment is best way to prevent it from recurring!

Pus pocket: Your first concern is that you are being treated properly for your current infection. I hope you are receiving antibiotics. In the future you can take warm soapy tub baths to which you have added3-4 tbls of bleach to the water. Also get an antibiotic ointment and apply it twice a day to your nose.

Completely drain it: First, completely drain the pus by a md who will break down the loculations ( pus filled cells) and give you antibiotic coverage.
