Yes & No: Yes, there is a way to balace out hormones. No, you should not cut estrogen patches. To 'balance' your hormones, you have many options, eg pills, creams, patches, sprays, etc. Pick the one that's best for you after taking into account cost (insurance formularies), route & frequency of application, and side effect profile. If you choose patches, never cut them - ask for smaller dose. Good luck!
