Yes: I am unaware of contraindications for flex early and cardiac disease.

Probaly not safe: Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) should not be taken in the early stage of heart attack. It potentiates norepinephrine. Caution is suggested in patients with cardiac disease. It's better to discuss this further with your prescribing doctor.
