Usually nothing: If these are truly "heat bumps" then they should go away once your cousin cools off. Not knowing your cousin's age it is hard to rule out acne, which can look like heat bumps in some patients and is treated very differently. I would consider seeing a dermatologist to help you determine the actual diagnosis and what treatment might be necessary.
