Upper Back Pain: This could be due to gall bladder dysfunction which is causing referred pain, but you should have a proper examination. As well, i suggest to see your pcp/gyn and have a breast examination and a mammogram (you should have had a screening one done at 35 and a follow up this year anyways). If this is clear, then a GI workup may be in order.
