It's Ok...: K. Pneumoniae is actually a normal part of your gut flora. In your case, you have been treated because this bavteria was found in a part of your body it should not have been inhabiting (the lungs). Therefore, as long as it is not one of these bacteria that has become highly resistant to several types of antibiotics, then transmission to your partner is not w major issue.
