?Gall stones: Typical gall bladder symptoms include excess belching, lower chest discomfort, pain in the right upper abdomen radiating around to the right side of the back usually after fatty foods. Vomiting and occasionally diarrhea may also be present. The right upper abdomen may also be tender to touch. You should be examined by your physician in view of the persistent pain.
