Melasma: It sounds like you are describing a condition called melasma - also known as mask of pregnancy - if you are on the pill that can cause it. Melasma can also be associated with some systemic conditions - so i would recommend being checked by your physician. Make sure you use sunscreen all the time over time if the pigmentation is caused by hormones it will fade but sun will exacerbate it.

Age spots: Pigmentation is commonly caused by lipofuscin which causes age spots. Antioxidants e, c can help. Look for skin creams containing "glyconutrients". They help to keep the underlying matrix healthy.

Bleaching cream?: Sun exposure is your worst enemy so be sure to use sunscreen with spf of 30 +uva protection regularly. Reapply 45 mins before and every 2 hrs thereafter with sun exposure. Bleaching cream containing hydroquinone may help but the effect is not permanent. Intense pulsed light treatment may also be helpful. However there is no cure for your pigment problem.
