Past few months my wbc count has been from 14.3-15.6 & up.neutrophil abs has been from 9.5-12.0 & up. and my lymphocyte abs 3.9. what does this mean?

Many causes: Your white counts can go up and own due to many causes, mostly benign, which are reversible. Infections especially viral infections are common cause for high lymphocyte counts. I would advise you to visit your doctor periodically and obtain another CBC to follow up on the recent counts. If there is anything serious going on, the WBC count will progressively increase further. A hematology conssult.
