No period-4 mo: Are you pregnant? If you do not know then do home pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant, then see your doctor for advice.

Pregnant?: The first thing i would think about is pregnancy. I would take a home pregnancy test right away if you have been sexually active. If you have not been sexually active, i would consider that you might not have enough calorie intake or perhaps have been exercising a lot. Your body won't allow periods if it thinks you aren't getting enough nutrition to support a pregnancy. Go to doc if not!
