Please explain why has my sons eyes worsened after getting glasses?

Not the glasses: Spectacle correction only corrects the refractive error at the time they were prescribed. Worsening of the underlying refractive error has nothing to do with glass use. They would be worse even if no glasses had ever been worn. Changes in prescriptions is normal.
