Help please? what is it like when blood is drawn?

No big deal.: A rubber band (wide) is placed around your arm. You are often asked to squeeze something in your hand or open and close a fist. A hollow needle is placed in a vein so that blood can be removed. The rubber band is removed. It really isn't bad. Take care.
