Medicinal value: Fish oil is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids which help in decreasing triglycerides (bad cholesterol) in our body if taken with diet and exercise. Ginko boloba is a herb with medicinal values. Taking ginko boloba has been shown to improve cognition, memory mood and has some antiplatelet properties which can theoretically prevent from stroke and heart but not proven in human research yet.
